THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67001-12-Q-0108 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This solicitation is for 100% small business setaside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334220, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Line item #0001: Qty-3 Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) Kit Kit should include: -Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) -All cables included -Power supply 12v 1000ma -CD-UFED Manual, Utility, PBEdi -Organizer for UFED -Bluetooth adapter for Forensic -Car adaptor for Forensic -USB Flash drive for Forensic -UFED SIM access card -First year Logical software updates, live technical support, warranty and any new cables developed during the period. 1. - Portable device - Standalone hardware device which works without computer in the field. 2. Should support more than 4,000 models including Smart phones like, iphone, blackberry's, PDA's etc. 3. Able to extract the following data from various mobile phone : - Phonebook -Images -Videos -SMS (including deleted SMS off SIM/USIM) -Call history (Missed/dialed/received including deleted call histories off SIM/USIM) -Phone details IMEI/ ESN and phone number -SIM cards 4. Able to extract mobile device data quickly onto a USB flash drive, SD card, or PC which should then be organized into clear and concise reports. 5. Contain Board Password extraction with no PC required of over 800 mobile devices 6. Work exclusively with over 150 wireless carriers worldwide including Verizon Wireless, ATT, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, O2. 7. Able to support Apple iPhone, Android, Tablot, 2G/3G/3GS, new 4 versions, and jail broken devices. Physical Extraction from GPS Devices (over 125 Tom-Tom, Garmin, Magellan and Mio devices supported)- Favorite Locations, Routes, GPS Fixes, Journeys, and more 5.
