- Solicitation SAQMMA12R0175 Statement of Work Technical Evaluation Factor This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wtih the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SAQMMA12R0175 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This is a set-aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. The Department of State's, Bureau of International Information Programs, Office of Written Content (IIP/WC) is soliciting proposals for conversion of books and other print publications into eBook formats, in accordance with the attached solicitation and Statement of Work. See the attached solicitation document for specific information, the Statement of Work, and how to respond. -All questions should be sent to borekMP@state.gov by March 8, 2012 at 11:00AM EST. All proposals are due by Thursday, April 12, 2012 by 5:00PM EST.Please hand carry or deliver hard copies of proposals to : Maureen Borek, U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management, 1701 N.
