- This request will result in the issuance of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's) with those parties determined to be qualified to perform the services identified in the attached statement of work. As stipulated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.703, the BOA will not be considered a contract. When a future project is identified, a brief project-specific Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to all parties approved on the BOA. The BOA will be incorporate by reference into future contracts with the same force and effect as if included in full text. It is required that all contractors be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award under this Basic Ordering Agreement, see instructions for registration at www.ccr.gov.
