- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source award with EDAX, Inc. for the upgrade of the Phoenix Pro System for the Atlanta Forensic Science Laboratory. This equipment is a direct upgrade/replacements of existing units. EDAX is the manufacturer and sole provider of the upgrade items. THIS IS NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
