- VISN 6 CAS will issue on or about March 13, 2012 RFP VA246-12-B-1153, Endo Clean Room Corrections Building 21. Contractor to provide all labor and materials to renovate areas, install new walls, and perform mechanical and electrical alterations as required by drawings and specifications. All work, including final inspection and completion of punchlist items shall be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The government anticipates award without discussions. NAICS 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a small business size standard of $14.0 M applies to this procurement. The procurement is set-aside to qualified service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Offers from other than SDVOSB firms shall not be accepted. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately two weeks after the issuance of the solicitation. The exact date, time, and location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00
