- The Army Contracting Command - Redstone, Redstone Arsenal Alabama intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, Cage Code 04939 for the production of the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot's Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) system. It is anticipated that this requirement will be a base contract with one (1) option for the production of the M-TADS/PNVS systems. The Government intends to award the option under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
