This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 https://www.acquisition.gov/far/current/html/Subpart%2012_6.html#wp1088488 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 6.302-2.
