- The United States Government seeks to negotiate a new, replacing lease for the Small Business Administration. The proposed lease shall be located within the following area of delineation: North - Temple Street South - San Pedro Street East - Figueroa Street West - Pico Boulevard The Government requires 6,540 ANSI/BOMA office and related space. The office area must be on a contiguous floor. On-site reserved parking spaces for 3 official Government vehicles shall be provided. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and must be fully-serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
