- Modification No. 2 The purpose for this modification is to attach an updated RFP and update details on the following: 1. Leased Period - 19 months with a renewal of 3 (1) year options at the sole and absolute discreation of LAJCC which may be or may not be exercised. 2. Business Set Aside - Competitive 8(a) Set Aside 3. Proposal Submittals - Shall not contain more than twenty (20) pages double-sided, excluding front, back covers and tabs and may not be submitted with the font size of less than 11. 4. Presentation Format - Legal (8-1/2"X14") size paper, using simple method of fastening. 5. Terms Under Statement of Work Criteria - A Monthly Lease of $8,250.00 Max excluding tax. Interested Bidders are requested to pay close attention to the changes, update and corrections on the updated RFP.
