- Updated LAJCC-RFP-27 Building Lease Modification No. 2 The purpose for this modification is to update details on the following: 1. Lease Period - 19 months with a renewal of 3 (1) year options at the sole and absolute discretion of LAJCC which may or may not be exercised. 2. Set Aside - Competitive (8)a set aside. 3. Proposal Submittals - Shall not contain more than twenty (20) pages double-sided, excluding front, back covers and tabs and may not be submitted with a font size of less than 11 4. Presentation Format - legal (8 1/2" x 14") size paper, using a simple method of fastening 5. Terms under Statement of Work Criteria - a. Monthly lease of $8,250 Max excluding taxes. Interested bidders are requested to pay close attention to the changes, update and corrections on the updated RFP.
