- The VISN 22 Network Contracting Office is seeking sources to provide parking spaces for VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 90073. Sources must be able to provide up to 500 parking spaces located within 5 miles of the VA San Diego Healthcare System. Existing lots and unpaved lots shall be considered. The Network Contracting Office also requests that all interested parties provide information as to their capabilities of providing shuttle services to and from the parking spaces to the VA San Diego Healthcare System, if possible. All interested sources should send an e-mail to the Contracting Officer at Jan.Smith1@va.gov by no later than Thursday, March 8, 2012 by 12:00 PM PST. All interested sources shall include in their e-mail the following information: 1. RFI number VA262-12-I-0486 2. Interested Source's Name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. 3. Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number (This will help our office to determine the socioeconomic status of your business). 4. Capability statement to provide up to 500 parking spaces within 5 miles of the VA San Diego Healthcare System. 5. Capability statement to provide shuttle service for parking spaces to and from the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
