Description
Project Number 636-12-811, Provide/Install Booster Pumps. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide and install booster pumps on the 8th floor of Building1 at the Omaha Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105 to feed SPD equipment per project specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, minor interior demolition, construction, finishes (paint), electrical, and mechanical (plumbing) and certain other items necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number VA263-12-Q-0304 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) sometime during the week of February 27 “ March 2, 2012. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. There will not be an organized site visit for this project. See solicitation when available for contact information to set up a site visit, if desired. The Request for Quote is tentatively scheduled to close on Friday, March 23, 2012 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). The Period of Performance is expected to be 90 calendar days from the receipt of award. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
