- Small Vessel Standoff detection (SVSD) RFI The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) is conducting targeted market research to determine available sources for a current, state-of-the-art, stand-off nuclear radiation detection solution for maritime application. The information provided in response to this RFI will support future acquisition decisions for the DNDO Small Vessel Standoff Detection (SVSD), Boat-to-Boat Scanning project.
