- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for rehabbing the Outdoor Learning Center at Rough River Lake, Falls of Rough, KY. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The size standard is $33.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The quote due date is 19 March 2012 at 2:00 PM local time. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
