- NSN 6685-00-561-9267, Indicator, Temperature. Purchase Request Number IQC12020009007. Item is solicited as Unrestricted after exclusion of sources. This is a 100% Small Business Set A Side. Only offers from Small Business manufacturers or Small Business Dealers furnishing Small Business manufacturer's product will be considered. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 72 days ARO. Critical Application Item applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 132 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 33 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 264 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Surge requirements are not applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 21, 2012. The date is subject to change.
