- Amendment #2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number CG358-12 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document; incorporated provisions; and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561210 (Faciities Support Services). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is $35.5. Items furnished under a small business set-aside must be manufactured or produced in the United States. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one year and four - one year option period, for a total of five (5) years, firm-fixed-price, definite delivery, definite quantity type contract. Amendment #1 is posted. The new closing date and time is Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM (EST). Amendment #2 is posted. The new closing date and time is Friday, March 2, 2012 at 10:00 AM (EST).
