- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft Shafter intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number: W912CN-12-R-0016. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 339920 and Small Business Standard is 500 employees. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft. Shafter requests proposals from qualified sources capable of providing the following gym equipment: Subject requirement is for the procurement of gym equipment including various barbells (104 each), bumper plates (840 each), kettlebells (420 each), medicine balls (120 each), dumbells (576 each) and rubber mats (960 each) for the 25th Infantry as specified in the solicitation.
