- Q&A Amendment The purpose of this amendment is the following: Provide answers to questions submitted by industry regarding this solicitation on the attached pages. With the issuance of this amendment, the time period for submitting questions has ended. Certain answers to questions regarding suitability have not been received back from the DHS Suitability Office as of this date. Once they have been received, they will be incorporated via a separate amendment to this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation has been extended to March 2, 2012 at 2:30 PM EST. Please sign and return one (1) copy of this amendment with your proposal. A copy of the PSO post exhibit, seniority list, and collective bargaining agreements/ wage determinations will be provided upon a request from the offeror to the Contract Specialist. The non disclosure agreement (attached) must be completed prior to the release of the these documents.
