- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Slippery Rock Delineated Area: Starting at Rt. 8 and Rt. 108, Rt. 108 West to Rt. 173 Rt. 173 North including the City Limits of Slippery Rock, PA Rt. 173 to Forrester Rd. East to the waterway known as Wolf Creek Wolf Creek South to Rt. 108 Rt. 108 East to Stroughton Rd. Stroughton Rd. East to Rt. 173 Rt. 173 North to Keister Rd. Keister Rd. East to Rt. 8 Rt. 8 North to the original intersection with Rt. 108 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,367 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,988 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 reserved Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: Proposed premises must provide contiguous space, either on one floor or vertically.
