- The Network Contracting Office 15 - Eastern has a requirement for Aseptic Housekeeping (Janitorial) Services to be provided for the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at Arcades Center, 6500 W. Main Street, Belleville, IL 62223. The CBOC is supported by the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. The NAICS codes is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for award to a 'Verified' Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Services require contractor to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies with the exception of those supplies identified in the solicitation as being supplied by the Government. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, March 5, 2012 at 10:00 am at the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (address identified above). Offerors shall contact the Contracting Officer via email at Karen.Munroe@va.gov with notice of intent to attend the site visit no later than March 2, 2012. Any and all questions shall be submitted in writing no later than ten (10) days prior to the closing date for receipt of offers. Contract shall be for a period of one year with option to extend four (4) addiitonal one year periods. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about February 24, 2012. Due date for receipt of offers is March 16, 2012, 2:00 pm CST. Anticipated start date is April 1, 2012.
