- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a con-competitive basis with Exact Software North American, LLC, Middletown, MA for a software maintenance agreement for JobBoss software. NAVAIR Lakehurst has a license to use the software; however, no other source can modify the software, and the updates and modifications are required to keep it fully operational and compliant with NETWARCOM software security regulations. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received withing fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. Any responses should reference N68335-12-T-0105.
