- NSN 5865-01-366-5004, Control Countermeasures Transmitting Stem. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 240 days ARO. Critical Application Item applies. Source Control Item applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 12 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 3 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 120 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 7, 2012. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
