- THE RESPONSE DATE AND TIME HAS CHANGED TO MARCH 12, 2012, 3:00 PM Mountain Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for proposal (RFP), provisions and clauses incorporated are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The 309th Software Maintenance Group (SMXG) plans to purchase the following equipment, INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING COSTS, in support of operational flight test stand operability: (for additional equipment specs see attached document) 3 EA-Frequency Converter, Rotary, Common Shaft Motor-Generator -60-400 Hz, Continuous Output Rating -62.5 KVA, 50.0 KW -Input: 460 VAC, 60 Hz, 3 Phase -Output: 208 VAC, Adjustable +/-10%, 400 Hz, 3 Phase Wye -105 Degree C Temperature Rise -Motor Starter, M1 General Purpose, mounted on unit and wired 3 EA-Generator Output Metering Package mounted and wired on Generator 3 EA-Output circuit breaker mounted and wired on generator, variable trip 3 EA-Weatherproof aluminum unit enclosure with appropriate ventilation system UNIT PRICES MUST BE INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING COSTS Do not quote installation costs. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
