- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADD A CLARIFICATION: CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM refers to the business process proposed by the vendor to facilitate the management of search results of regulated activities conducted over the Internet which fall within the categories defined by the list below. 1) Sales of animals used as pets (all warm blooded animals) 2) Sales of wild and exotic animals 3) Animals exhibited to the public for compensation 4) Animals used for research, teaching, testing, and experimentation 5) Commercial transportation of animals 6) Horse shows, sales, exhibitions, and auctions (such as Tennessee Walking Horses) 7) Animal auctions MESSAGE CENTER Center refers to alert notification that allows Animal Care to know that the results are available on the vendor's web portal to review. THE RESPONSE DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED.
