- Description
- This is a notice of the intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Load Cell Simulator, NSN: 6670-01-373-1293, Part Number: 17G980527-1 applicable C-17 Globemaster III Cargo Aircraft. Anticipated award is as follows: Basic Quantity: 2 Option year I: 1 - 3 each Option year II: 1 - 3 each Option year III: 1 - 3 each The option quantity will not exceed 3 each, but can be ordered from time to time. The technical data package is currently available. The Government owns the rights to the manufacturer's drawings and has a complete data package. Data is export controlled. The required delivery will be 120 days after award. Solicitation to be released on or about 1 March 2012 with a response date of on or about 30 March 2012. The anticipated award on or about 30 April 2012. Note: A synopsis is not required in accordance with FAR 5.202 (13). The intent is to promote as much competition as possible thus the reasoning for posting this prior to the solicitation release. This is the reason that this pre solicitation notice may not be posted for 15 days. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses.
