- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: IQC12031009061 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Lamp Industry Standard applies. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources procedures apply. The NSN is as follows 6240-00-152-2993, 48 day's delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
