- This modification to solicitation number VA 263-11-RP-0362 Replace Flooring Phase 1 provides further clarification regarding tile installation and provides a revised Specification Section 01 00 00 General Requirements and revised Bid Item document. These documents specifiy an additional Deduct Alternate Bid Item. You are hereby informed that the installation of the tile in the main field areas is to be installed straight across and not diagonally. Offerors are reminded that this procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses who are certified in VetBiz.gov and have a NAICS code of 562910 Remediation Services registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration). Award will not be made to any other social economic category or under any other NAICS code. The date for receipt of proposals is hereby CHANGED to March 2, 2012 by close of business 4:00pm MST.
