- Information for Prospective Offerors regarding anticiapted PE numbers, industry days, and 1on1 meeting requests for the SMORS procurement Initial RFI for SMORS procurement Initial Sources Sought Notice for SMORS procurement RFI for SMORS procurement regarding Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) The Department of the Air Force, Electronic Systems Center, Space Command and Control and Surveillance Division, Space Control Sensors Branch is conducting market research to identify sources capable of performing the sustainment and/or modernization of ground-based optical and radar sensor systems under Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) responsibility. The objectives are to optimize lifecycle cost management for missile warning, missile defense, and space surveillance sensors. The legacy sensor systems are located within and outside the U.S.The Government is also evaluating whether it would be appropriate to include level 1 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) in this effort.
