- Description
- Inspect the rolling parts of the bleachers and identify what causes the damage to the floor. Adjust, repair or replace malfunctioning parts. On the north side of the gym cut and remove a 1 Ft wide x 10 FT long section from the composite vinyl sports flooring at approximately 16 locations where the bleacher wheels run on the flooring. At these locations provide stainless steel plates mounted to the floor with flush expansion bolts. At the one damaged floor area on the southwest side of the gym, cut and remove a 1 Ft square piece of composite vinyl sports flooring and patch per flooring manufacturer's recommendations. After repairing the floor strip and reseal the composite vinyl sports flooring per the manufacturer's recommendations (approximately 8240 SF). Repaint the basketball lines as required after stripping the floor. Provide 7,440 SF of 22oz vinyl gymnasium cover (10' x 100' sections), material only, with a roller mobile storage rack and walk behind tape dispenser.
