- Wage Determination Appendix C: Safety & Health Requirements Postage Meter Guide DD1423 Safety Plan Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation: FA8501-12-R-0026 (previously referenced by F3Q3AH2013A001) SOLICITATION NO: FA8501-12-R-0026 referenced previously by F3Q3AH2013A001 This is a Commercial solicitation in accordance with Far 12.6, for "Postage Meter" Leasing and Supplies at Robins Air Force Base, GA 31098. Please note that only those vendors who are APPROVED VENDORS in accordance with the "Postage Meter Guide -604C", are authorized to provide a proposal for this solicitation. Qualified distributors may also provide a proposal. However; distributors are required to provide proof to substantiate their status of being an authorized distributor for one of the vendors listed in the "Postage Meter Guide 604-C"upon submission of their proposal. Please note that Contract Line Item Numbers (Clins) 0001-x0001 & 0002-x0002 represent the actual leasing of the Postage Meter for Bldgs 910 and 301. Clins 0003-x0003 & 0004-x0004 are for supplies associated with the maintenance of the postage meters for Bldgs 910 & 301. The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) of Clins 0001-0004- and all option Clins will be evaluated to determine the offeror that provides the Best Value to the Government in terms of lowest price for this requirement.
