- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Benning Georgia 31905-1339 anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for Project Management Consultant Services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning Georgia. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541618 (Other Management Consulting Services) and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract to a single awardee. A solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals utilizing FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued via internet only at the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and the Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 1 March 2012 with an anticipated closing date of 1 April 2012. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notifications of amendments shall be made via the internet; it is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check ASFI and FedBizOpps website daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http//www.ccr.gov to be eligible for the award.
