- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQNNA12421633Q-UTU FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION UTILIZATION SYSTEM - RADIUS -4D SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT. Companies shall acknowledge allamendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to:(1) Clarify that the Blanket Purchase Agreement(s)- BPA(s)- issued under this RFQ willhave a period of performance of five years, which is estimated to end on March 31, 2017. (2) Clarify that each task order under the BPA(s) will have a total minimum amount of$150.00 and a total maximum amount of $30,000.00(3) Add the following information: - The total value of task orders issued under the BPA(s) during the five-yearperiod of performance will not exceed the maximum price of $150,000.00. - All orders placed against this BPA shall be on a firm-fixed price basis.The due date for receipt of offers remains the same (March 09, 2012).Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet.These documentsreside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browserapplication.
