- Description
- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Fixed Price Contract to Axxis Software LLC, for a subscription to Axxis price history data warehouse for the fuel market prices. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (06/01/2012 - 05/31/2013). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however any challenges to this sole source within ten (10) days after date of publication of this synopsis must be received in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is no later than April 30, 2012.
