This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com <http://www.adobe.com>. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is March 19, 2012" Purchase Request # 0043115912, NSN 1670-01-250-5468, for Parachute Assembly and used as Life support Equipment. The item description is in accordance with Basic DWG NR 51998 J114712; amend dtd 02 APR 19 TY# J114712-505, Rev "AH". This item is Life Support with Critical Application, Configuration Control and Government First Article requirements. This item is Flight Safety Critical and with Type 1 Shelf Life under QPL-6645. This requirement is suitable for a competitive acquisition for approved sources of supply as follows; FXC Corporation, CAGE 56600; Pioneer Aerospace Corporation, CAGE 77745; and Airborne Systems North America of CA INC, CAGE 05QR4. Delivery objective worksheet reflects a need award date within 528 DARO for estimated calculated delivery at (NAD) 7/30/2013. Requested delivery of 528 days ARO based on the buyer's market research of the commodity, and historical procurements. The 528 day delivery is calculated from 159 days for FAT delivery, 90 days for FAT evaluation, 159 days for Production delivery, 120 days for Gov't approval after FAT approval. Phased delivery consider as best interest. **Important Notes:** *Material & Textile samples deliver with FAT production @ 159 days An LTC is at pre-solicitation stage, however, based on large number of unfilled orders and to avoid additional unfilled orders this firm fixed price contract is the best interest at this time. Terms are FOB destination with inspection and acceptance at origin. Progress payments are not authorized for this solicitation.
