- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, United States Secret Service, Washington, DC, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Come-Bye Goose Control a.k.a. The Geese Police, Maryland Precint; 19607 Ensor Road, White Hall, MD 21161-8807 for the service of maintaining a geese free campus at the JJRTC facilities and grounds. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
