Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92244-12-T-0107. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. In this solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 effective 02 February 2012. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334418 with a standard business size of 500 employees applies to this procurement. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. This is a brand name or equal best value procurement, if quoting equal please submit specifications with your quote. The contractor shall provide a quote using the schedule in Section B. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers, in descending order of importance: Technical ability to meet specifications, price, and delivery. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
