- This is modification 12 to the synopsis entitled RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND LOGISTICSSERVICES (RLLS) NNJ11401832R which was posted on July 28, 2011. You are notified that thefollowing changes are made: The purpose of this modification is to announce that NASA/JSC intends to hold the RLLSVirtual Cost and Pricing Pre-Proposal Conference via WebEx on February 28, 2012 from10:00-11:00AM, local Houston time. There will be no event to attend in person. The goals of this Virtual Cost and Pricing Pre-Proposal Conference are to: 1. Promote competition; and 2. Provide industry with an understanding of the Cost and Pricing Instructions for theRLLS procurement. Only the Cost and Pricing Instructions will be discussed at this event. Therefore, it ishighly encouraged for cost and pricing personnel working on the proposal to participatein this event. Please email the names and titles of the persons planning to participate to Lara Procknowat lara.n.procknow@nasa.gov. WebEx and audio conference log-in instructions will be sentto you prior to the event. For those that don't have the opportunity to sit in on the meeting, the Virtual Cost andPricing Pre-Proposal Conference charts will be posted on the following website:http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/rlls/. The opportunity to set up one-on-one meetings with NASA/JSC is not available for thisevent. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
