- USSTRATCOM DS Planner SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation, USSTRATCOM-DS-PLANNER-12, is issued as a request for proposal. Proposals must be good for 30 days after the closing date. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 dated January 3, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561920, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This request is for Event Planning for the USSTRATCOM Deterrence Symposium (USSTRATCOM DS) and required support as outlined in the attached statement of work (SOW). The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to the offeror's that represents the best value to the government. The BPA will be established under FAR Part 13 procedures. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be five years (base year and four (4) one-year option periods) from date of award. Line Items: CLIN 0001: USSTRATCOM Deterrence Symposium Planning/Support: Qty 1 Lot (as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) Proposals shall include a lump sum pricing and documentation outlining offers proposed approach to support USSTRATCOM DS as outlined in the SOW. The following FAR clauses are applicable to this acquisition: Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting proposals. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
