- CFP-12-R-00003 SF-30 Amend 003 Request for A&E Qualifications CFP-12-R-00003 is hereby amended to: 1. Extend the due date of the SF-330 submissions to 1 p.m. on Monday February 27, 2012; 2. allow submissions of the Standard Form 330, "Architect-Engineer Qualifications" in Adobe Acrobat PDF format; and 3. increase the page limitation from 30 to 42 pages. (See revised Design Public Services Announcement attached) Please submit a signed copy of this Amendment cover page with your SF-330 submission, as acknowledgement of receipt. Fill in boxes 8, 15A, 15B, and 15C. The signed copy of this Amendment cover page will not be counted against the page limit of your submission. Questions and Answers will be posted via another amendment as soon as practicable. The offerors are responsible for checking FedBizOpps periodically for future amendments.
