- Notice of Sole Source Intent. Naval Criminal Investigative Service of Quantico, VA intends to make a single award for the provision of Wenger Corporation Located at 555 PK DR OWATONNA MN 55060-4980 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Quantico, VA, Contracting department intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Wenger Corporation The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) NCIS Polygraph office is requesting the Wenger Company to conduct the assemble and set up this room. The room was built with the configuring NCIS Polygraph provided them and Wenger is familiar with correct way to conduct this job. NCIS Polygraph office originally purchased this equipment from the Wenger Company and would not want to award to a company unfamiliar with the equipment. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Quotes must be good for at least 30 calendar days. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).All questions must be in writing. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 24 February 2012 9 AM EST via e-mail to Cynthia.springs@navy.mil.
