- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) DEMUX9 2 channel demux output (ttl), part number 2017, Qty 6 ea; 2) OC31F OC3 Concatenated Interface SC/SM input/output, part number 2041, Qty 15 ea; and 3) Comm Chassis with ethernet control, part number 4302, Qty 2 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to Apogee Labs, 210 S. Third St., North Wales, PA 19454 due to unique capability. These parts are direct replacement parts for Apogee 4301 chassis system. Direct replacement is required. Any firms believing that they can provide the specific material listed above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
