- This acquisition is for the procurement of 15 each 270 VOLT DC POWER CONVERTS for use with the F-35, in accordance with the attached Purchase Specifications and DD 1423 CDRLS. Required Delivery Date for Converters is Jun 29, 2012 ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO francene.bielik@hill.af.mil ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING The Government contemplates award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract. Offerors shall provide FFP pricing This is not a Solicitation, however it is a notice of an upcoming Commercial Solicitation. The Solicitation issue date is FEB 28, 2012. Offers are due on MAR 28, 2012 at 10:00 am MST. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Therefore, interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to have a DUNS number and "active" CCR will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation, clauses in the solicitation for instructions to Offerors and evaluation criteria.
