- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Chassis, Aircraft Launcher System, part number 1400541, Qty 15 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc., 804 Via Alondra, Camarillo, CA 93012 due to unique capability. E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc. owns the proprietary technical/design information to manufacture this item and these parts are direct replacement parts for chassis units in the field. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
