- The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Religious Certified Food Products. The solicitation will be for the 3rd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2012. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is April 2, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Elkton, OH 44415. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. **NOTE: ALL FROZEN FOOD ITEMS WILL REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT WITH FOOD SERVICE WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO DELIVERY. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about Friday, February 24, 2012, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
