- Specifications Solicitation The Air Force is seeking quotations for the purchase of a 45' Electric Boom Lift per the attached requirements document. The proposed item shall include all freight and handling charges to Hill AFB, UT 84056. This request for quotation (RFQ) is for a Firm Fixed Price effort capable of meeting the requirements in the attached PD. The Government intends to award a contract on the basis of these provided quotations. Please refer to the solicitation and requirements attachment for more detailed information.Any questions concerning this requirement must be submitted in writing, via emailat least 2 working days prior to the closing date.
