- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), has a requirement for diagnostic lab services. The USDA intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one year with four (4) additional one year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 21, 2012. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-12-0048 will be released on or about February 21, 2012 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
