- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUB-PART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES ARE UTILIZED IN THIS PROCUREMENT. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). *** The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is restricted and only small business contractors may submit a quote. The National Institute of Standards and Technology Time and Frequency Division is requesting quotes for Custom Optical Tables. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: • One Optical Top Maximum Dry Damping Table 4' x 5' x 12", ¼-20 Holes, 1", OC • One Optical Top Maximum Dry Damping Table 59" x 80" x 12", ¼-20 Holes, 1", OC • One Optical Top Maximum Dry Damping Table 5' x 8' x 12" ‘, ¼-20 Holes, 1", OC • Free Standing Posts 24" high (8), 24" Height, Leveling Baseplates, Gimbal Piston Isolators, 1000lb capacity ea. • Height Control Valve Kit • 4 Post Support System w/Tie Bars & Casters Gimbal Piston Isolators Shipping ****FBO Destination only (Boulder, CO) - Delivery max time: 8 weeks ARO ****Evaluation of Technical Capability shall be based on the information provided in the quotation.
