- ***SITE VISIT NOTICE*** In advance of the RFP release, this is a notice of the site visit date and time. A site visit is scheduled for Friday, 02 March 2012 beginning at 9:30am (EST). We will meet in the Museum of Aviation parking lot at 9:15am. Directions can be found at www.muesumofaviation.org. There shall be no more than two registered parties per contractor. Prior registration is mandatory, attendees shall register by emailing ryan.byrd@robins.af.mil no later than noon on 29 Feburary 2012. This site visit is highly encouraged, but is not mandatory. The RFP package, with specifications and drawings, will be released this week. Check back often for changes/updates.
