- Women Owned Small Businesses Market Survey DLA Land and Maritime (DSCC) is searching for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) to participate in the WOSB set-aside program. Below is a list of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) that DLA Land and Maritime is responsible for which we are seeking potential WOSB/EDWOSB capable of providing those commodities.
