- NOTICE OF INTENT SOLICITATION NUMBER: W91YTV-12-T-0037 SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY SUPPLIES: US ARMY MEDICAL COMMAND, SOUTHERN REGION CONTRACTING OFFICE - EAST Notice of intent to awarded sole source procurements under FAR Part 12 & 13 to Angio Dynamic Products to provide Various Interventional Radiology Products/Supplies for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305-1(2), the Government will negotiate directly with Angiodynamics Products for this requirement. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is neither a request for proposals not a solicitation n for offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to Southern Region contracting Office - East, ATTN: Ms Gwendolyn Dixon, 39706 40th Street, Fort Gordon, GA 30905 or sent by email to gwendolyn.dixon@us.army.mil. Responses to notice must be submitted within 5 days after this posting. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clean and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this synopsis is not required.
